Martin Lishman Ltd is a market-leading innovator in the Agri-Tech manufacturing sector now looking to expand its sales administrative team.

The company has nearly 50 years’ experience of designing products for the agriculture, horticulture and sports amenity industries. We have experienced steadily growing sales with new products in developing export markets.

Our recent growth means that we have an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding sales and administrative team as Sales and Marketing Administrator. The successful candidate for the role will depend on the person’s experience and aptitude, but there is considerable scope to learn new skills and for your position to grow within the company, should you wish.

You would be responsible for handling and processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders as well as general administrative tasks alongside the wider sales admin team and supporting the sales manager.

Your role would also involve working closely with our marketing manager to complete the admin and paperwork for the shows and grain clinics we attend throughout the year. You would also be helping to keep an eye on our social media accounts and respond to comments and messages and eventually helping to create some content. You would also be helping with general housekeeping associated with our CRM system Hubspot to prepare forms, and ensure that the customer journey is smooth and efficient by enrolling them in our product related sequences and workflows.

The role would primarily be based at our offices in Bourne, South Lincolnshire, but you may occasionally be required to attend trade shows.

Administrative experience and being able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office is a must however, agricultural or technical knowledge is not essential as all necessary training would be provided. Any marketing experience would be advantageous but not as must as we are happy to provide training for the right person.

The role is full time and permanent, with salary starting at £25,000 (depending on experience and skills). There is a generous holiday allowance and company pension. You would be based at our offices in Bourne and normal working hours are 8.30 to 5.00 Monday to Thursday and to 4.30 on Friday.

You would be responsible for handling and processing customer enquiries, quotations and orders as well as general administrative tasks alongside the wider sales admin team and supporting the sales manager.

Your role would also involve working closely with our production and service manager to book in our moisture meters and other items coming in to our workshop ready to service, processing orders for spare parts and small items as well as dealing with simple service enquiries over the phone.
